Face to face therapy

Face-to-face therapy or in-person therapy is when you physically go to a therapy room for a scheduled appointment to get mental health support. Some people opt for therapy in person as they prefer to be physically present in the environment to help them cope with the issues they are intending to address in therapy.

This is a good option if you can commute easily to where the therapy room is located; being face-to-face can help some people to communicate and express themselves to their therapist.

This could be a good option for you if you are concerned about not being able to find a secure and confidential space to have online therapy or have poor wifi connection that may interrupt therapy.

I practice from Finsbury Park when meeting for face-to-face appointments. The practice is a very short walk from the Tube station which makes it easily reachable from a number of surrounding locations and is only 10 minutes away from central London.
