About Me

Humanistic Integrative Counselling in Finsbury Park North London.

Do you feel like life is getting too difficult for you? Could you benefit from talking to someone about it?

We are all unique and so are you, you may feel stuck not knowing what to do next or may be struggling with sad feelings or depression. Sometimes, stress at work can make you feel on edge taking the joy in life away. This can leave you feeling very anxious and relationships can become difficult and toxic.

I see you as the unique individual that you are, and I want to offer you a space for yourself in which to consider life challenges in a non-judgemental and safe environment. A place for you where you can talk frankly and confidently without fear with someone that is truly listening and will be there supporting you through the process.

I strongly believe that a close and honest relationship with your counsellor or therapist is essential for your therapy to have a positive impact. Therapy is often mistakenly thought as a long-term process that last for many years, but this is not always the case and this needs to be considered individually.
