About Me
North London Humanistic Integrative Counselling in Finsbury Park and West Hampstead.
Do you feel like life is getting too difficult?
Perhaps talking to someone could help ease the emotional burden you’re carrying inside. We are all unique individuals, and that includes you. At times, we feel stuck, unsure of what to do with our emotions. Stress from work, for example, can build up over time, leaving you feeling on edge, overwhelmed, and unable to enjoy life fully. Anxiety can also creep in, making everything harder. As a result, relationships may become toxic, strained, or filled with misunderstandings that seem impossible to resolve.
However, I see your individuality and offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings openly and honestly. This is a place just for you—somewhere to speak freely, with someone who listens and supports you through the entire process. I truly believe the relationship between you and your therapist is key to making therapy meaningful, helpful, and positively transformative. It’s important to remember that therapy isn’t always a long, ongoing commitment. Every person is different, and together, we’ll consider what approach works best for you.
